Project Management

I worked with diverse companies across digital entertainment, tech, and e-commerce. During this time, I produced and managed a range of immersive events and video campaigns. These include exclusive launch parties, dynamic virtual festivals, and live Q&As. I managed every production stage. This included content planning, guest registration, community engagement, and post-event content creation. I delivered memorable, on-brand experiences for audiences.

  • Netflix Series Launch: Organized a launch party in Venice, CA for the “Cholos Try” TV Series. The event created an unforgettable brand experience.
  • Digital Vertical Launch: Coordinated a round table in Los Angeles with special guests Kamala Harris and Gina Rodriguez.
  • Voter Registration Event: Helped produce a red-carpet registration event in Los Angeles. This event featured Rosario Dawson, Diego Boneta, Kate del Castillo, Efren Ramirez, and other iconic Latino personalities.
  • Campaign & Video Production: Co-produced a compelling voter registration and non-smoking video series.
  • Creative Company Parties: Executed standout holiday parties at unique venues, including a recording studio in West Los Angeles.
  • Annual Incubator: Collaborated with the Founder and Development Executive. Worked with city programs to launch an incubator for content creators in Los Angeles. Built and led a team to develop the curriculum, conduct student interviews, and produce content. Managed the launch and graduation events. Oversaw a cohort of students. Coordinated guest speakers and lesson plans. Handled equipment rentals.
  • Interactive festival: Supported the founder in delivering a unique virtual event where digital entertainment meets finance. I rallied supporters to sponsor virtual booths. I coordinated pre-production content planning. I managed community engagement with interactive financial activities and prizes during the live event.
  • Live Zoom Q&As: Gathered industry experts and journalists in virtual events. I crafted dossiers for speakers and promoted them on social media. I also designed email and SMS campaigns and managed registrations. Furthermore, I moderated the live chat. Finally, I repurposed event highlights for post-event content.
